33nd Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Definitions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 33nd platform ("Platform", "33nd", "we") and its users ("Player", "you"). By accessing or registering an account on the 33nd platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 33nd website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• "Player" — Any individual who holds a registered account with 33nd.
• "Balance" — The total amount of cash funds and bonuses held in a player's account.

2Account Registration & Use

To open an account with 33nd, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts registered with false information may be cancelled at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may register one account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 33nd Support immediately.
• Your account may not be shared with or used by any third party.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.

3Age Restriction & Legal Eligibility

33nd is an adult gaming platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. Age is verified at the time of registration and identity documents may be requested at any time.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You may be required to verify your age using a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• Failure to pass age verification will result in account suspension.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Before submitting a withdrawal request, you are required to wager your deposited amount at least once.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding BDT 10,000 may be held until KYC verification is completed.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. The wagering requirement is 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Daily Cashback: A cashback percentage is awarded on your net daily losses. Cashback bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a bonus when you refer a friend. Standard wagering conditions apply to referral bonuses.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• 33nd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6Gaming Rules

Every game on 33nd operates according to specific rules. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is certified by an independent third party.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 33nd will make every effort to refund the wager for that round.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33nd platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or staff.

8Account Suspension & Closure

33nd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).
• Prolonged inactivity of more than 12 months.

Players may also request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, any active bonus will be cancelled if its wagering requirements have not been met.

9Limitation of Liability

• 33nd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• Liability for losses caused by unexpected technical errors is limited to the total amount wagered during that session.
• 33nd will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact 33nd's Support Team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

• 33nd will provide an initial response within 72 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• Complex cases may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• In disputes over game outcomes, RNG logs and server records shall be considered the authoritative source.
• If the matter cannot be resolved through support, third-party mediation may be sought.

12Changes & Updates to Terms

33nd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

• Continuing to use the platform after any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
